Sold me a 600.00 worthless cross country motor club deal w/my lease. I have 6 months left on my lease and now they are doing damage to my dashboard, hubcaps, rugs, and possibly my engine to decrease to the likelyhood they will let me turn my car back to them and let me out of my lease.

My neighbor has a Honda and the same thing happened to him. First they did a lot of damage to his car and then denied doing it.

Then when he brought it in to turn it over to them they refused to take the car and high pressured him into buying the car and paying off the balance.

Monetary Loss: $30000.

Service Department is an absolute rip-off. We purchased the vehicle at this location and our experience with the shop only guarantees that we will never purchase another from them.

They know we are taking the vehicle out of town so are trying to put us over a barrel when comparable cost from another show are over 30% less. The absolute best part is that they are charging us 100.00 to give us an estimate.

This place is the reason dealership shops have the reputation they do. Ohh and as another user mentioned we were privileged enough to work with Rob Young who at this point is costing his employer more business than he provides.

Don't buy from Lakeland Regal Honda or any of their dealerships. They took advantage of my 83yr old mother.

We thought the deal was done so she went by herself to give them a cashiers check for the money she owed and they talked her into financing for 6 months so she could get free car washes and details for 5 years. Unfortunately she did and then to find out that the car washes cost her close to $900. They would not give her that money back when she said she didn't want it.

Also, she had bought from Regal Buick before that, same owner, she took that car in for an oil change and it cost her $750 because they said she needed work done. They said they already did the work so she couldn't get her money back.

Never even asked her. She didn't know any better so she paid it. Then she found out the same thing happened to an elderly friend of hers for the exact same amount of money. HMMMM.

Buyer beware, they are crooks in both departments. Drive to Tampa or Orlando or anywhere else to buy or get service.

Bought a car here because of the "NO CREDIT CHECK" PROGRAM THEY HAVE . TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FINANCED UNDER TOYOTA AND THAT THEY DONT REPORT OR CHECK CREDIT.

MANY TIMES I'VE HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT SOMETHING IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY EVER. I MADE MY PAYMENTS EVERY 2 WEEKS AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY REPORTED MY ACCOUNT TO MY CREDIT BUREOUS SO NOW I HAVE THIS CAR ON MY CREDIT BY MIDFLORIDA FINANCE WHOM I NEVER GOT FINANCED FROM AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS LATE 3

(30 DAYS) EVERY SINGLE MONTH UNTIL PAYOFF. CALLED AND FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEBODY WHO AGREED I SHOULDNT OF BEEN REPORTED TO CREDIT BUREOUS SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR BEFORE THEY STARTED DOING IT.SO I CALL BACK AND THE SAME GUY SAYS "SORRY WE CANT TAKE IT OFF AND THATS HOW WE DO IT NOW" SO NOW I HAVE IT MESSING UP MY CREDIT AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY TITLE OF THE CAR EVEN AFTER HAD PAID IT OFF COMPLETELY.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND ARE FALSE ON THER WORDS. :(

most car dealerships have a CRM that all the info is in. There may be a couple different systems that are suppose to work together but out of the hundreds of customers that use the dealership the multiple programs may not feed to one each other correctly. They may have taken you off one list and it didn't feed to others.

I went into Regal Honda on Thursday to have my bumper replaced due to an auto accident, My car is a Honda Civic 2008 and I just purchased it in may of 08, I went yesterday to pick my vehicle up and it is the worst work ever, Paint does not match, the body does not match up, they did not properly install the carpet in the trunk, the bumper is all out of whack, then I looked at my reciept and it says bumper was damaged during delivery but they put it on my car anyways. They say they will redo th work, but this has showed me how poor of workmanship they have, and I am afraid to take it back to them. BEWARE

honda guy the service dept was surprised when they looked up my name to see that I was part of a class action suit agaist Honda that won a lot of money in a settlement because Honda was accused of rolling back miles on Honda cars. My car was damaged soon after that.

So until I saw your remarks I thought it was to avoid turning my lease back in. But now think it is possible the damage could have been for the lawsuit and the lease turn back.

I turned my lease back in with a perfect payment history and my credit showa I still owe a balance of 115.00.

I told the owner to have no sells calls, letters, ect to cease and decest and yet almost every week I either get a marketing call or letter. They will not leave me a lone.

They gave me a good deal on my bed cover for my ridgeline! I bought it over the counter and installed it myself, so can't comment on their service dept.

I have Honda accord 2004 and i went to regal honda lakeland to do normal services. Service agent (Robert Young) just saw my car mileage and it was above 40K and he tod me that you need to do 40K service i said OK give me a quotation for that then he gave me quotation for 40K service was $840 just for services...before they open my car.

It's ike they just trying to make big money out of you...i declined that i tlod them to do whee alignment but they even ruin my car wheel alignment. I'm not recommend to anyone for regal honda akeand

Dealers are all greedy and will do anyto move cars. Salesmen lie cheat and steal and the dealership looks the othe way in order to make money. Regal is well known as a bad place to do business.

business for 30 years and we try to make everyone happy. If we made a

Honda Dealers DO NOT get any gain form you buying your lease car back in fact all they do is lose a new car customer. Doing damage to your car would only hurt there chances of selling you a car. You should get a job telling storys as this one is a hit....
